March on DC Liberty Xhibit of Patriot Organizations (XPO)

The Liberty Xhibit of Patriot Organizations (XPO) will be held Thursday and Friday, 9-10 September, in the exhibit hall of the Omni Shoreham.  Operating hours are 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, the 9th, and then 9:00 am until 5:00 pm on Friday, the 10th.  If you would like to participate, please register via the March on DC website (www.marchondc.org), Liberty XPO registration page, or return the attached registration form along with your payment.

All exhibitors will be required to have a team in place to set up your booth starting at 8:00 am on Thursday, September 9th.  We will start that day off with an exhibitor meeting in the Omni Shoreham (room to be determined).  There are absolutely no exceptions to this requirement.  The Liberty XPO exhibit hall will open at 1:00 pm, and all booths will be ready for primetime before the doors are open.

The State Hall

In conjunction with the March on DC & Unite In Action Liberty XPO and Symposium, booths will be available for attending grassroots groups “from back home” to network with like groups and other patriots. These grassroots groups will have the opportunity to congregate, distribute their information and products, recruit new members, exchange best practices with others, and form state coalitions as desired.

Each 8’ x 10’ booth space costs $500, thus states needing 2 or 3 booth spaces will pay $1000 or $1500, respectively. The booths will be located in the Liberty XPO hall (the Regency Ballroom).

State personnel will not be able to carry in all of the items they brought to distribute. Hargrove, the conference support company, is unionized, thus each state will likely incur a material handling fee. The states will be allowed to have one person per booth space make one trip in with what they can carry in their arms (union rules). No carts, handtrucks or dollies will be allowed. Anything beyond that one person/one trip will require the use of the labor personnel to deliver it to the booth. The cost is based upon 100 pounds of “stuff,” with a 200 pound minimum. We will establish a drop-off/pick-up point for the states to consolidate their materials so each of the state’s groups isn’t incurring a separate material handling charge.

Each booth is furnished with a 6' table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket and an ID sign (will display the state's name). The groups can bring their own banners but understand there's limited display space in each booth, you have to share. States wishing additional furnishings (tables and/or chairs) will contract with Hargrove for these items at their own expense. They cannot bring in personal furnishings. A menu of services and costs may be obtained from Hargrove (information to be provided upon request). The total cost per state is to be divided between those participating. No costs will be assumed by Unite in Action or the March on DC.

Conservative Moms for America

Christianity and Conservatism - Mary Baker
Many of us agree that our nation was founded on Christian principles and are fighting to get this nation back on track. America is taking a turn back to Conservatism at the same time shifting back to faith. How does these two belief systems work together?

The Power of a Patriotic Mom - Debbie Jansen
Why moms need to be involved in training and educating their children about the foundations of our nation and the importance of freedom.

Vote Smart / Vote Right - Debi Keatts
Most people have been overloaded with messages of how to get involved with the voting process. However we must not only vote we must be well informed and intelligent voters.

Rebuilding Quality Education Steve and Ruth White
We entail a private sector effort that increases teacher and student accountability, decreases bureaucracy, provide a helping hand to homeschool and working parents so their children can be educated successfully. Finally encourage parental and teacher respect as we bring back traditional family values for a new age. This can be achieved while being cost effective where children who are in the public school system no matter the geographical location can get the same quality of education as children in the private school system, without all of the political indoctrination. This workshop will aim empower parents and give them the techniques to bring back respect for God and our founding principles while teaching basic education no matter the environment.
